Connecting Apple Health lets Edge show your daily steps and active energy on your dashboard (they also count towards Rewards), and lets you import workouts recorded on your Apple Watch or any app that saves to Apple Health.

Step 1: Open Apple Health in Edge

  1. Open the You tab and tap the settings cog at the top right.
  2. Under Training, tap Integrations.
  3. Tap Apple Health, then Open Apple Health.

If Apple Health asks for permission, allow the data you want Edge to read.

Step 2: Check Edge's permissions

Apple Health keeps these permissions, not Edge. To change them:

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
  2. Go to Sharing, then Apps, then Edge.
  3. Turn on the data you want Edge to read, such as Steps, Active Energy and workouts.

Importing a workout

Record a session on your Apple Watch or another app that saves to Apple Health, then open the planned workout in Edge and tap Link to import it. Route, pace and heart rate come across.

Need help?

If you're still having trouble, open Settings (the cog at the top right of the You tab) and, under General, tap Speak to a coach (or Help & support, depending on your version of the app), or email support@findyouredge.app.
