In the app (the fastest way)
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen. Under the General section you'll find two support options:
Help – opens the in-app chat so you can message the Edge team directly. Use this for questions about your plan, bug reports or anything that needs a real human.
FAQ's – opens our help centre where you can search articles like this one for common questions.
We reply to messages as fast as we can, usually within a few hours during working hours.
