If you live in your calendar, you can have your Edge training plan show up there too. Once connected, any workout you schedule or move in Edge will appear in your phone’s calendar automatically - no manual entry required.
Here’s how to set it up.
How it works
Edge gives you a personal calendar link. Your phone calendar subscribes to that link, which means anything you change in Edge updates in your calendar within a few hours. You can connect Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook.
Step 1: Open Calendar Sync in Edge
Open the Edge app
Tap your Profile
Scroll to Preferences and tap Integrations
Select Sync to Calendar
Step 2: Choose your calendar
Pick the calendar you want Edge to sync with and follow the in-app prompts:
Apple Calendar – tapping this will open your iPhone’s calendar app and ask if you want to subscribe. Tap Subscribe, then Add.
Google Calendar – follow the on-screen steps in Edge to add the subscription to your Google account. You’ll need to be signed in to Google in your browser.
Outlook – Edge walks you through adding the subscription link to Outlook on the web or desktop.
Step 3: Check it worked
Open your phone’s calendar app - you should see your Edge workouts appear on the days they are scheduled. If a session moves inside Edge, the calendar entry will move too after the next sync.
Disconnecting
If you ever want to stop syncing, open the Calendar Sync screen in Edge and tap Disconnect. This invalidates your calendar link, so any existing subscribed calendars will stop receiving updates.
Good to know
The calendar link is private to you. Don’t share it - anyone with the link can see your workouts.
Updates can take a short while to appear depending on how often your calendar app refreshes. Apple Calendar typically refreshes every few hours.
Calendar Sync is read-only - editing an entry in your calendar app won’t change your Edge plan. Always make changes in Edge.
