Connect Strava to bring your runs into Edge and share your Edge workouts to your Strava feed.

How to connect Strava

  1. Open the You tab and tap the settings cog at the top right.
  2. Under Training, tap Integrations.
  3. Tap Strava, then Connect Strava.
  4. Follow the prompts and give Edge permission.

Bringing Strava runs into Edge

Strava runs aren't added to your plan on their own: you link them to a session.

  1. Open the planned workout in Edge.
  2. Tap Link and pick the run from your recent Strava activities.

Pace, distance and heart rate come across, and linking marks the session done. When a new run is ready, you may also see a card on your Today screen inviting you to link it. To add a run that wasn't planned, use the + button and choose Import a workout.

Sharing to Strava

  • Auto-share to Strava: turn this on in the Strava page under Integrations and workouts you complete in Edge post to Strava automatically. Workouts imported from a watch aren't shared again.
  • Or share a single workout after you complete it.

Disconnecting

On the Strava page, tap Disconnect Strava. Workouts already in Edge and posts already on Strava stay as they are.
