How to Delete Your Edge Account
Permanently remove your Edge account and data
On this page
You can permanently delete your Edge account yourself from inside the app.
Delete vs cancel: which do you want?
- Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but keeps your account and history so you can come back. See Managing your subscription.
- Deleting your account (this article) permanently removes your data. It can't be undone.
If you just want to stop paying, you probably want to cancel, not delete.
Before you delete
If you'd like a copy of your training data, message the coaching team and they can send you a CSV export.
How to delete your account
- Open the You tab and tap the settings cog at the top right.
- Scroll to the bottom of Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. On iPhone, type DELETE when asked, then confirm again.
Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
- Your Edge profile, training plan, workout history and stats
- Your login
If you connected Garmin, Strava, Coros or Apple Health, you can also remove Edge's access from within those apps.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your Edge account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it where you subscribed, or you may keep being charged:
- iPhone: Cancel on iOS
- Android: Cancel on Google Play
- Edge website: use Manage Subscription before deleting, or message the coaching team.
We recommend cancelling first, then deleting your account.
Changed your mind?
If there's something we can fix, or you just need a break, we'd much rather help. Open Settings (the cog at the top right of the You tab) and, under General, tap Speak to a coach (or Help & support, depending on your version of the app), or email support@findyouredge.app.
